Returns
As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within a period of 14 days without a reason being required. If you have ordered as a business customer (acting in the exercise of your profession or business), you are not entitled to this, unless separate agreements have been made about this.
The period of 14 days ends at different times, depending on the order:
The period of 14 days ends after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier designated by you, received the product;
If you have ordered several products with different delivery times in one order, the period of 14 days ends after the day on which you received the last product or part;
The moment that you have agreed a regular delivery of products with us, the period of 14 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you received the first product from the series of deliveries expires.
You can cancel your purchase by sending us the model withdrawal form (digital or otherwise) or by making it known to us in another unambiguous manner that you will cancel the purchase. In the case of a digital report, we confirm receipt of that report. After the notification you must return the products as quickly as possible, but in any case within another 14 days.
If you do not want to use the option to register a return first, you can also immediately return the products within the aforementioned period of 14 days. We do ask whether you can then add the completed model form to the products or make it clear otherwise that it is a return.

We request that you return the product as much as possible in the original packaging and to do so in a suitable shipping packaging. During the aforementioned period of 14 days you can do with the product what is reasonably necessary to assess the product. It is allowed to try out the product as you would in a physical store for example. You can remove the product from the package, unless the package contains a seal. If it is not necessary to unpack it, you do not need to open the package. If you have done more than was necessary to try / assess the product, we can charge you for this. This concerns costs equal to the depreciation of the product.
Refund
If you cancel the agreement, you will receive all payments, including delivery costs for the return shipment, as soon as possible and at the latest within 14 days after you have indicated that you want to cancel the agreement. We will pay you back with the same payment method you used to pay, unless you have agreed a different method with us. If you have opted for a more expensive shipping method for the return shipment than our standard shipping method, you will only get back the amount of the standard shipping method. We may wait to refund until we have received the products or until you have demonstrated that the products have been returned.
You bear the costs for the return shipment.
Exceptions
Not all products can be returned, below is a list of products that cannot be returned or can only be returned under special conditions.
Products that are made to your specification (s) (custom work) cannot be returned;
Products that have been specially ordered at your request cannot be returned;
Electronic or electrical products that have been assembled cannot be returned;
