Purchase of any Item from We R Parts B.V. the Purchaser is bound by the following Terms and Conditions


Purchasing from We R Parts B.V. it is considered that our Customer/Purchaser has Read, Understood, and Accepted all the Terms herein
We R Parts B.V. may also be described as "We" or "Us", below
There are 3 Categories to this Agreement; (1) Payment and delivery Terms, (2) Warranties and Liability of Use and (3) Returns Inwards
To purchase from Us; you must first Read, Understand, and Accept these Terms


Payment and delivery Terms:
Prepayment against our quotation, by Bank transfer or PAYPAL is by negotiation. Payment only in Euros is acceptable, other Currencies only accepted by negotiation
Our estimations include Bank transfer fees, PAYPAL and Card surcharges which are non-refundable
Agreed discount is not redeemable as Cash or transferrable between our customers
(a) we are NOT responsible for fluctuations in exchange rates before or after Card authorization or Bank transfer date(s)
(b) we are NOT responsible for applicable Import duties/and/or Taxes incurred into any Country; it is understood that import Tax charges and brokerage fees are the SOLE responsibility of the Importer
(c) we are NOT responsible for storage charges incurred as the result of delayed shipment, delayed clearance, Strikes, Civil Commotion, Acts of War or short shipment howsoever incurred
(d) we are NOT responsible for losses incurred as the result of partial shipment, short shipment or Non-delivery by any Carrier for any reason
(e) we are NOT responsible for losses occurring as the result of misinterpretation and/or typographical error involving any of our Website pricing; and/or Freight rates, which are subject to change entirely at our discretion At our discretion, we will cancel or amend any Order placed with us; the maximum limit of liability being the FOB Netherlands value quoted
(f)we do NOT accept Orders or quote on FOB Netherlands terms or deliver to any 3rd Party inside Netherlands as this would affect our Tax Free status
(g)We reserve the right to withdraw; modify, or otherwise rescind, any Quotation given at our discretion or cancel any Order at any time, with the maximum limit of liability being recognized as the total FOB Netherlands value of the Quotation or Order thus cancelled or modified
(h)we reserve the right to alter pricing, item descriptions and/or availability of any and all Parts and Products offered by We R Parts B.V. at any time and for any reason
(j) We are not responsible for Manufacturer's changes in Design, Color, or Materials of parts or accessories supplied

Purchasing from We R Parts B.V. it is considered that our Customer/Purchaser has Read, Understood, and Accepted the Terms herein

In General;
Once authorized, Orders are actioned. We do not refund prior to delivery, UNLESS the manufacturer will restock or accept a return inwards, or can no longer supply. Purchase of any Item from Us, is considered that the Purchaser has Read, Understood, and Accepted these Payment and General Terms

Warranties:
are solely restricted to the limitation of 3 months after date of invoice; We R Parts B.V. will NOT be responsible or liable for any loss relating to short-shipment or non-delivery of Part(s), and/or failure of any Part(s) to meet National Road standards, or to suit any application whatsoever. Parts are supplied on the understanding that application and liability for use are SOLELY the responsibility of the Importer and/or End-User. When purchasing Goods from We R Parts B.V. it is considered that the Purchaser has Read, Understood, and Accepted these Warranty Terms and limitations of Liability

Returns Inwards:
we must be advised within 72 hours of the Consignees receipt of goods that there is either (1) incorrect shipment and/or (2) short shipment
We will issue a "Returns Inwards" number and make arrangements to uplift the freight , and/or request a tracking number for accepted and arranged returns inwards
Absolutely NO Returns inwards will be accepted, or credited, without our prior authorization!
EXCEPTIONS:**Brake parts, Electrical Parts, Automotive Glass and "Special Order" and "One-Off" Parts, including Parts ordered by request which are NOT listed on our Website; are supplied on a NO RETURNS/NO EXCEPTIONS Basis UNLESS we've supplied the wrong part(s) in error**
We are not responsible for return Freight/Postage. Returned Parts of Kits/Assemblies with missing components, Parts damaged, repainted or otherwise altered we reserve the right to refuse to restock or refund; we reserve the right to deduct the reasonable cost of replacement or repair where possible

These terms may not be copied, stored or reproduced without our prior written authority; and are subject to change at our discretion
